Heat up olive oil in a large pot on medium-high heat. Add onion, garlic, ginger, carrots and celery and sauté until soft.
Add salt, pepper and turmeric to ingredients, stirring throughout.
Add broth to ingredients and bring to a boil. Once sauce is boiling, add kale and radish leaves. Put lid on and turn heat to simmer. Let it cook for about 1 hour, stirring once or twice.
After an hour, add ramen noodles put lid back on for about another 5 minutes.
Turn heat off and serve with TTNJ Carrot Hot Sauce. You can make it as spicy as you like by adding more sauce!
