Pizza Dough Recipe for the Win!

Ingredient List: (Serves 4)

• 3 ⅓ cups all-purpose flour 
• 3 teaspoons instant yeast
• 2 teaspoons sugar
• 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 2 tablespoons olive oil + additional for bowl
• 1 cup warm water

Instructions

1. Place flour in stand mixer with the dough whisk attached. Create a well in the middle of the flour and add water, yeast, sugar and salt. Let sit for five minutes until bubbles form.
2. Add olive oil to mixture and turn on dough whisker for about 10 minutes until dough is evenly kneaded. Remove from bowl and place in separate bowl with a little bit of olive oil. Cover and place in oven with oven light on for 2 hours to let rise.
3. Roll out four separate pizzas, put on your favourite toppings and bake at 425 degrees C for about 10 minutes for each pizza. Drizzle TTNJ Pineapple Hot Sauce and away you go!
