Bacon and Egg Roll Done Right
Breakfast Roll with Jalapeño Hot Sauce
Ingredient List: (Serves 4)
- 4 free range eggs
- 4 slices of back bacon
- 4 english muffins
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 tomato, sliced

Serve with TTNJ Jalapeno hot sauce
Instructions
- Toast the english muffins and apply mayonnaise.
- Heat skillet on medium heat. Cook bacon for 2 minutes each side.
- Take bacon off heat and use the drippings to fry sunny side up eggs. Put salt on eggs.
- Layer the ingredients on top of muffins and then drizzle TTNJ Jalapeno hot sauce over top of eggs. Breakfast of champions!
