Cedar Plank Wild Salmon
Smoky Maple Soy Salmon
Ingredient List: (Serves 4)
1 wild salmon fillet with skin on
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp cracked pepper
1 cedar plan
Instructions
Place salt, maple syrup, soy sauce and cracked pepper in a bowl and mix well.
Place salmon in a container and rub marinade all over and place in fridge for a minimum of 2 hours.
Place cedar plank in water and let soak for 30 minutes.
Heat up BBQ or grill to 325 C and place salmon skin down on cedar plank and cook for 20 minutes with lid closed.
Serve with your favourite sides - we used leftover pasta and fresh salad. DrizzleTTNJ Pineapple Hot Sauce all over the salmon for the perfect summer dish.
