Merchandise purchases made directly from TTNJ.CA may be returned within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns on any food products, sale items or gift cards.

Please reach out to our Customer Service team through the Contact Form explaining the reason for your return. 

All returns must receive approval from TTNJ Customer Service team before refund or exchange takes place.

Approved returns are refunded to the original form of payment.

‍All return shipping costs are covered by the consumer unless the reason for your return is an error made by TTNJ. In these cases you will receive approval from our returns team to cover shipping costs on returns. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Items purchased from any other retail location must be returned to their original location with proof of purchase and adhering to the retailers return guidelines.

Discount codes are not eligible to be applied to past purchases. TTNJ does not offer price matching.

‍General Return Requirements:

1. We do not accept returns on any food products. If your food product arrived damaged, please contact us immediately with photographs showing damaged packaging and product and we will replace it for you. All merchandise items must be returned unworn, unused, and unwashed with original packaging and tags.
2. Apparel must have all tags attached.
3. Products must be shipped in appropriate shipping boxes. Products returned solely in product packaging or in improper shipping boxes may not be accepted.
4. All items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
5. All in-store returns require original proof of purchase and must be processed through original place of purchase.

TTNJ cannot be held liable for items lost in transit, therefore we recommend using a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. TTNJ cannot be held responsible for items lost during return shipping.

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders begin processing as soon as they are placed. We are unable to cancel or edit any part of an order once it’s been placed. If you have questions about an existing order, please get in touch with us through our Contact Form and list your Order Confirmation details. We currently only ship within Canada.

Orders placed before 12pm PST Monday – Friday will typically ship the same day.

Orders placed over the weekend or on recognised holidays will typically ship the next business day.

All shipping costs are charged at checkout.

Postage typically takes 2 - 8 business days.

Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. 

Packages marked as returned to sender, and/or sent back to us without an authorised return label will be treated as returns and subject to the ordinary conditions of returns. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. You are welcome to place an updated order with corrected information at your convenience.

If you believe that your order has experienced a delay in shipment that exceeds the normal processing and shipment time, please contact the respective courier with your tracking information. Please contact us if there is no resolution.

Any packages with delivery confirmation from the shipping vendor are the sole responsibility of the consumer.
