Soft Boiled Eggs and Green Hot Sauce
Eggs On Toast
Ingredient List (Serves 1):
- 2 free range eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 slices of cheese (your choice)
- 2 slices of bread
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup spinach
- Chopped parsley for garnish
- TTNJ Jalapeño Hot Sauce
Instructions
- In a small pot bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
- Gently place eggs in boiling water using a spoon so not to crack and boil on medium heat for 6 minutes.
- Remove eggs from heat and run under cool water. Remove shells and put eggs aside.
- Toast and butter bread.
- Place slices of cheese on bread and melt cheese on broil setting in oven. This should take about a minute or two.
- Pull bread out and place spinach on cheese. Cut eggs in half and lay on top of spinach.
- Garnish with parsley and drizzle TTNJ Jalapeño Hot Sauce all over top.
