Pat the chicken dry with paper towel and place in a large bowl.
Place all of the ingredients for the marinade in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Rub marinade all over chicken evenly, seal and refrigerate for 4 - 24 hrs max.
Preheat grill to medium and oil.
Transfer chicken to the grill. Close the grill and cook for 35 - 40 minutes, turning every few minutes to ensure even cooking. Use a brush to rub on marinade all over chicken while grilling.
Internal temperature of chicken should read 70 degrees C, remove from grill and place on cutting board. Let rest for three minutes before cutting up and serving withTTNJ Jalapeno Hot Sauce drizzled on top. Serve with your favourite greens or roast veggies. Enjoy!
