Mix garlic, salt, pepper, parsley, rosemary, basil, thyme, honey, mustard, olive oil, lemon juice and orange juice together in a bowl.
Place pork and marinade in a zip-loc bag. Press out excess air, seal and refrigerate for 4 - 24 hrs max.
Preheat grill to medium and oil.
Transfer pork to the grill. Close the grill and cook for 15 - 20 minutes, turning every few minutes to ensure even cooking. Use a brush to rub on marinade all over pork while grilling.
Internal temperature of pork should read 62 degrees C, remove from grill and place on cutting board. Let rest for three minutes before slicing and serving with Burnt Orange Hot Sauce drizzled on top. Serve with your favourite greens or roast veggies. Enjoy!
