Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Toss and coat evenly.
Get an outdoor fire going and give it about an hour for the charcoal to be hot enough to cook over. If an outdoor fire isn't an option, then get the BBQ going. This meal is all about enjoying some fresh air with mom.
Layer vegetables on skewers and cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes. Turn skewers regularly.
Just before you pull skewers off the heat, drizzle on mom's favourite TTNJ Hot sauce directly on the vegetables and use a brush to spread.
Pull skewers off heat and use a fork or tongs to pull vegetables off skewers and on to a serving plate. Serve with mom's favourite choice of protein and enjoy!
