Standard Returns & Refunds

Purchases made directly from TTNJ.CA may be returned within 30 days of purchase. 

Please reach out to our Customer Service team through the Contact Form explaining the reason for your return. 

All returns must receive approval from TTNJ Customer Service team before refund or exchange takes place.

Approved returns are refunded to the original form of payment.

All return shipping costs are covered by the consumer unless the reason for your return is an error made by TTNJ. In these cases you will receive approval from our returns team to cover shipping costs on returns. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Items purchased from any other retail location must be returned to their original location with proof of purchase and adhering to the retailers return guidelines.

Discount codes are not eligible to be applied to past purchases. TTNJ does not offer price matching.

General Return Requirements:
  1. All items must be returned unworn, unused, and unwashed with original packaging and tags. We do not accept returns on any food products. If your food product arrived damaged, please contact us immediately with photographs showing damaged packaging and product and we will replace it for you.
  2. Apparel must have all tags attached.
  3. Products must be shipped in appropriate shipping boxes. Products returned solely in product packaging or in improper shipping boxes may not be accepted.
  4. All items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
  5. All in-store returns require original proof of purchase and must be processed through original place of purchase.

TTNJ cannot be held liable for items lost in transit, therefore we recommend using a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. TTNJ cannot be held responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Order Changes

We aim to get your gear to you as quickly as possible. Orders begin processing as soon as they are placed. We are unable to cancel or edit any part of an order once it’s been placed. If you have questions about an existing order, please get in touch with us through our Contact Form and list your Order Confirmation details.
